Brent & Melissa’s Wedding Weekend
We feel incredibly lucky to have from Friday, May 1st, through Tuesday, May 5th, to slow down and celebrate with our favorite people. Beyond the "I dos," our main priority is spending quality time with all of you. Please feel no pressure to stay for the entire duration; whether you join us for just Saturday afternoon or the full five days, we are simply grateful to have you in our lives and part of this celebration whenever your schedule allows.

Arrive
Friday, May 1st | 6:30PM
The wedding celebration officially begins! Melissa and Brent will be checking into their lakeside home base just south of Kimberling City, and we can’t wait to get the festivities started.
For those staying with us, the "welcome wagon" is ready whenever you are. You are welcome to arrive anytime after 6:30 PM to stake out your favorite pillow, claim your corner of the house, and make yourself at home. Just be sure to text Brent or Melissa before you pull up so we can send over the entry code and ensure the door is wide open for you.

Welcome Party
Saturday, May 2nd | 3:30 PM until late
We are so excited to have you here for our destination wedding! Please join us at our rental home for an afternoon of food, drinks, and Kentucky Derby festivities. This is our official welcome to all our guests, and we hope you’ll use the time to meet and relax with views of the lake.
Races will be televised throughout the day, leading up to the main event at 6:00 PM (don't forget some cash if you'd like to place a bet!). In honor of the Derby, we invite the ladies to wear cocktail attire and hats. We can't wait to kick off the weekend with you.

Ladies Lunch @ Dogwood Mill & Canyon Grill

Before we take to the trails, please join us for lunch at the Mill & Canyon Grill Restaurant. We’ll be dining right alongside the rushing waterfall—the perfect backdrop to catch up and enjoy a healthy meal before the afternoon adventure begins.
Whether you are joining us for the horseback ride or simply want to soak in the scenery over a delicious meal, we would love to have you at the table. For those of you who have RSVP'd for the ride, we will head straight from the grill to the stables to meet our steeds!.

Ladies Horseback Riding Adventure
Sunday, May 3rd | 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
We’re trading our Derby hats for riding boots! Come join Melissa for an afternoon of quiet beauty at Dogwood Canyon. We’ll take to the trails to admire the waterfalls and wildlife of this incredible park—wandering through God’s handiwork and exploring winding paths and ancient bluffs from the best seat in the house.
This intimate adventure is limited to just 12 guests, so please text Melissa as soon as possible to claim your saddle.

Boys Sporting Clays/Skeet Shooting

Locked and loaded! The boys are heading to the range on Sunday for some target practice. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a first-timer, come join Brent on the range for some friendly competition!

We will be exchanging our vows in an intimate ceremony at Dogwood Canyon Nature Park. While we wish we could include everyone, this portion of the day is reserved for family only. If you received an invitation to the ceremony, please kindly RSVP here.
The Journey to the Chapel
To preserve the beauty of the nature park, guests are asked to park in the covered area. From there, a shuttle will depart promptly at 11:00 AM to take you to the Hope Wilderness Chapel. The ceremony will begin at 11:30 AM.The Celebration Continues
Following the ceremony, a lunch reception will be held at Arnie’s Barn at Top of the Rock. Please allow about an hour for travel between locations (a 30-minute drive followed by a 20-minute shuttle ride). -
Wedding Reception Lunch
Monday, May 4th | 1:30 PM
We are looking forward to hosting our wedding lunch reception on the deck of Arnie’s Barn at Top of the Rock. This Mexican restaurant is located inside the gated property of Big Cedar, and we recommend allowing 20 to 30 minutes for the parking and shuttle process to ensure you arrive by 1:30 PM.
Gate Entry & Parking:Entrance Fee: There is a $10.00 cash/card fee at the Big Cedar main gate for all vehicles.
Standard Parking: Drive to the Welcome Center, park your vehicle, and board the shuttle.
Valet Option: Alternatively, you may drive directly to Arnie’s Barn and use the valet service for $25.00.
Shuttle Logistics:
Frequency: Shuttles depart the Welcome Center parking lot every 10 minutes.
Transit Time: The shuttle ride to the restaurant takes approximately 10 minutes.
Total Buffer: Please allow 20–30 minutes to complete the parking and shuttle process to ensure arrival by 1:30 PM.
Early Arrival:
Guests arriving before 1:30 PM may explore the grounds or visit the Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum located on-site.
